Innovation and Prospect of Large Mine Equipment in China

From five aspects of technical innovation, structural innovation, theoretical innovation, process innovation and service innovation, combined with the specific products of the enterprise, the problems in the design, manufacture and operation of domestic large-scale mining equipment are summarized, and the improvement and innovation of mining equipment are put forward with typical examples, and the development of large-scale mining equipment in China is prospected.

With the continuous expansion of industrial scale and the rapid development of high-tech, international competition is intensifying day by day, and the equipment manufacturing industry has inevitably entered a strategic transition period of adjusting the industrial structure and transforming the industrial form. Taking CITIC Heavy Industry, a state-owned heavy machinery enterprise built during the first five-year plan of New China, as an example, the author summarizes the problems in the process of product operation from five aspects: technological innovation, structural innovation, theoretical innovation, process innovation and service innovation, combined with the specific products of the enterprise, optimizes and innovates the product structure, and looks forward to the development of large-scale mining equipment in China.

1 Technological innovation
There is still a big gap between China's mechanical design level and developed countries. A large number of OEM (OEM) makes enterprises lose their design ability, coupled with the lack of corresponding capital investment and industrial support policies, the low degree of industrialization of mechanical design, lack of talents and other factors, which seriously restrict the improvement of China's construction machinery design creativity, especially the improvement of engineers' innovation ability.

The design determines the main part of product performance and cost, the design cycle affects the delivery time, and the design should ensure good installation, good use and durability. The minimum standard of the design is "it can be done, it can be installed, and it can be moved". The higher standard is "easy to use, durable, and beautiful", and the highest standard is "technological innovation, large-scale complete sets, high efficiency and energy saving, and electromechanical and hydraulic integration". The goal of product development is "people have nothing, people have my own advantages, people are excellent and I am cheap, people are cheap and I am new". Technological innovation is the vitality of mechanical design. When technology research and development encounters bottlenecks or loses its way, keen observation, solid theoretical foundation and reverse thinking, and rich practical experience often get twice the result with half the effort.

1.1 reverse thinking

Engineering designers are good at using physical and mathematical knowledge to deduce logically and solve the problems encountered in the design process, but they often ignore reverse thinking. Taking a φ4 m × 6 m ball mill in a gold mine in Shandong as an example, the phenomenon of slurry leakage at the inlet occurred at the initial stage of operation, and the designers continuously improved the sealing structure of the inlet, but with half the effort.
